Fabulous hat

This is the second one of this hat that ive bought for my husband. Its such good quality and I love the fact that it comes in such big sizes. I've always struggled to get a hat that fits my husband's head but this is perfect

Brilliant Hat, excellent service!

I was between sizes so ordered the larger on recommendations of the website.

Perfect fit, super quick delivery and a fab hat. Couldn't be happier, though may have to order another in the hickory. Kangaroo leather is as soft and supple as advertised and definitely lighter than my old drizabone even in the summer sun.

My only tiny niggle is the lack of a proper strap similar to Tilley hats. Although it has yet to blow off in the wind so may not be needed.

I did order the brown bronco strap but can't get a good fit with it on this hat. I think it needs the dedicated eyelets that the bronco has.

Lovely Product and Great Service

This is a lovely smart hat, and really helpful that it can be squished for travel!

The only slight problem I had is the first hat I ordered was the wrong size, I had measured a previous one and thought the size on the website was correct, but I was two sizes out, so I would just be careful when looking at the sizes.

By the time I realised I had the wrong size, the correct size was not available in the hat I needed. It was quite difficult to find something in the right size on the website, but I spoke to customer services who were very helpful and suggested an alternative.

I needed the hat for my husband‘s birthday, and time was getting short. I spoke to a lovely customer service representative who was helping to ensure my order got to me in time, and eventually because their order was delayed, she asked the supplier to send it to me direct to make sure she hit my deadline. All in all really good service.

I really like this hat.

It looks good and is very comfortable. It’s so light that I can almost forget I’m wearing it. So, why only four stars? Because with extremely high winds so frequently this hat and so many others really do need chinstraps! I have added one.
