After care: It's recommended that you condition leather hats to maintain it's shape and condition. Don't store in extreme heat ie rear window of a hot car. Allow hats to dry naturally - don't use a heat source to dry them as it can lead to cracking.

How to measure your hat size

Please note this is a general guide as different head shapes may also affect your hat size and it can also depend on where the hat sits on your head and the style of the hat too.

If a hat is too small, it will sit too high up on your head so if you are in-between sizes, it's generally best to go up a size and add some hat padding. Some hats have a sweatband that you can place padding under to help it fit a bit tighter.

Product suitability etc.

Well made, maintains its shape. The hat is not lightweight which helps in windy conditions. Very smart looking and fits snugly and stylishly.

A fabulous hat!

I was thinking of buying a Barmah hat for some time after looking at a number of reviews and checking the Web. I looked at the price and decided if I'm going to buy a hat I wanted a good one regardless of the price.

In the end went for the Barmah "sundowner" and got it delivered today and on time.

When I opened the box it was "wow!" Moment, it really is as good as they say. Great quality and very light it's something I hope to use for a long time. It really is a fabulous hat and worth the price....very pleased. I have bought the Barmah chin strap as this model doesn't come with one and thought it would be better to have one and not use it than to lose this great hat.
