After care: It's recommended that you condition leather hats to maintain it's shape and condition. Don't store in extreme heat ie rear window of a hot car. Allow hats to dry naturally - don't use a heat source to dry them as it can lead to cracking.

A really comfortable, convenient product.
The sundowner is a great product. It is comfortable, durable (the one I have just replaced has been around the world a few times and was quite a few years old) and very practical. It can stow flat in a suitase or fold in a rucksack. I would recommend it unreservedly. Service from Cotswold was excellent. I ordered about lunchtime on the Monday and it was delivered Tuesday morning.

Product suitability etc.
Well made, maintains its shape. The hat is not lightweight which helps in windy conditions. Very smart looking and fits snugly and stylishly.
