Reply by CCH: This is the first we have heard of this. Looked into it to find customer had ordered Sunday evening for delivery on Tuesday but had entered incorrect postcode so it was sent to the wrong Delivery Office. It was then re-routed to the correct Delivery Office so arrived a day late. Contacted customer to advise and explained returns if received too late but customer advised that she loves the hat and wanted to keep it.
