Great service

Hats arrived promptly bought one navy blue and one black got the size wrong my fault sent them back the helpful lady emailed me back saying no problem sent out two smaller sized hats arrived within four days of receipt of sending back the first order beautiful hats the navy has lining shame the black one has only printed logo and is not lined i thought I was buying the same product in two different colours unlined hats shame just make the product look a little cheap even though I think both hats are well worth the money unlined hats remind me of hat sold at markets lined hats is were Cotswold should stay that said a well made product good value very well packed shows that they respect their products and value the customer thank you Cotswold hats
