Great hat and great service.

I had never worn a hat other than wool pull-on hats in winter until I bought this camel fedora. I love it and my husband loves it. I feel that it gives me a style, a 'look'. Buying the hat was my first communication with Cotswold Country Hats and I have found them to be excellent. The website is good and easy to navigate; communication is outstanding (in my case with the wonderful Nicky), despatch and delivery were very quick. I ordered another hat for size having discussed it by email with Nicky, no problem. I returned one of the hats and the refund was made very quickly. Brilliant service, especially the communication .
