This was brought as a gift for my partner. He gave the hat a 8/10 rating, being that the only slight issue is "it's quite hard of your head". However, I do feel like maybe over time this will soften up. Can't fault the quality, it's exactly as described. I accidentally brought the product with standard shipping but needed it a lot quicker than expected. Luckily all I need to do was call up and ask for it to be amended and pay the difference (you'll obviously have to do this before the order is shipped).
