Great product and excellent customer services
The feather brooch is exactly what was advertised on the web site and exactly what wanted. Royal Mail unfortunately had a handling issue when another item leaked onto the ordered item. They advised Cotswold Country Hats who immediately contacted me to offer a refund or alternative despatch. Taking the latter, I am delighted with the item in question. Would definitely recommend.
