We endeavour to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Priority is given to orders with express delivery and orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Express orders are dispatched on the day received (if ordered on a working day before 3pm for UK Orders or by Noon for International Orders). Other orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 working days but this may be longer during busy periods. Whilst most deliveries arrive within the estimated delivery timescale, there may be occasional delivery delays which are outside of our control.
All UK standard orders are delivered with either Royal Mail's 2nd Class Tracked Service or courier (normally DHL). International standard orders are sent via standard tracked post. Other options are available, please see the table below for details. Options can be selected at checkout before payment.
Items are sent out on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). Standard Delivery orders are normally sent out within 1-2 working days on normal working days in the order they were received. However, during busy periods, Standard Delivery items may be dispatched later. We do our best to get items out as quickly as possible. Priority is given to Next Day Deliveries, Express Deliveries and 1st Class Tracked.
Please note working days are Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays and weekends.
Our UK 'Next Working Day Service' is available on items ordered before 3pm on a working day. We normally use Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL for next day courier items. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday (if there isn't a bank holiday, in which case dispatch will be on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday).
For some UK out of area postcodes, we are unable to offer a next working day service. For these areas, when the postcode has been allocated at checkout, this option won't be available. However, you will be able to choose the 1-3 working day service which is sent with Royal Mail.
Our 1st Class Tracked Service is available on items ordered before 3pm on a working day and normally takes 1-2 working days. Please note if you order after 3pm on a Thursday, you may not receive your order until Monday (sometimes they arrive on Saturday). Approximately 95% of orders are received the next working day. Orders are sent with either Royal Mail or courier (normally DHL). Occasionally orders have been received within 48 hours or later. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
Multiple orders/Larger quantities - please note our Next Day services may not be possible for multiple orders due to box sizes and processing. The delivery cost will also be higher to cover the size and weight. This price will be estimated at checkout but in some cases may be more, when this happens, we will contact you to advise.
Please note during busy periods, or unforeseen circumstances we may suspend our express and next day services. When this happens, this option won't be available at checkout. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause on those rare occasions.
Sometimes during busy periods or unforeseen circumstances, we may change our cut off time times and delivery timescales at checkout but we will ensure our estimated delivery times are as accurate as they can be at checkout so you are informed of these changes. When this happens, those checkout timescales supersede the delivery information on this page.
Please allow extra time for deliveries during adverse weather conditions (i.e snow, heatwaves), Christmas season or when usual services may be disrupted (i.e postal strikes). Most non next day items are sent out within 1-2 working days but during busy times, this may take longer.
Items will be delivered to the delivery address supplied. Please ensure the delivery address is correct. We can not be responsible for inaccurate delivery addresses.

***Prices are based on a medium sized box and weight of 1 hat. For more than 1 hat, prices may increase depending on the box size and weight of the parcel.
Please note international customers are liable for any Tax/Customs/Postal/Courier Charges etc related to their own country and need to maintain communication with customs. Failure to do so may result in the parcel being sent back to us and we will only refund the customer for the item(s). Any customs/delivery fees charged to us will be deducted from the refund.
Please note deliveries may take longer than usual during busy periods ie Christmas, or during adverse weather conditions ie snow, or other unusual events ie Strikes, Pandemics etc. These are all outside of our control. Please allow extra time in these circumstances.
