The service from Cotswold was excellent they were even able to change the size prior to dispatching the hat after I ordered wrong size. The hat itself is excellent also, much better quality than I expected and looks, feels and smells great. It is a really good fit and comfortable. I am delighted with my purchase and looking forward to see how it performs and ages.
