Great hat, but poor service from the Post Office
Very pleased with the hat – it’s a new version of the same/similar thing I’ve had for about 10 years. Time will tell, but it appears to be very good quality and well made. The five stars are for the hat.
The only problem was with the non-delivery by the Post Office. I was messaged on three consecutive days saying it would be delivered, but it wasn’t (I work at home and was there all day). Eventually, on my second trip to the local parcel office, I managed retrieve it. This was despite being told initially and emphatically, as I was on the first occasion, that it wasn’t there but out for delivery…!
