We have made it simpler to buy with a fast checkout. This way you can buy on your mobile wherever and pay in a smooth way.

SO WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
You may be offered 'Pay Later', but will always be able to pay immediately with your credit or debit 'Card'. If you are offered the ‘Pay Later’ payment method, you can then pay via credit card or debit card, immediately after the order, or within 14 days of placing the order. Klarna will email you instructions on how to pay. They will also email you a reminder just before payment is due. You can also download the Klarna app to view and pay for all of your Klarna orders. USING ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT METHODS

If you prefer not to checkout with Klarna, you can select 'Alternative Payment Methods' at the top of the checkout page to pay with PayPal Checkout. You can pay with PayPal or you can pay with your credit/debit card (including American Express) with 'PayPal Checkout'. You can also pay immediately with your credit/debit card via our normal checkout with Klarna.

HOW DOES PAY LATER WORK?
Once your order is confirmed you will receive an email with payment instructions within 2 days from Klarna. You will then have 14 days to complete the payment online at your convenience with no extra cost. You can then pay via credit or debit card. If you fail to make a payment in full to Klarna by the due date, a late payment fee of up to £8 will become payable. Klarna will send you a reminder by email informing you that the payment is late and will set out the amount payable by you. If you do not pay the late fee according to the plan laid out by Klarna, up to two further late fees of up to £8 each could be applied.  You can contact Klarna’s Customer Service team to see if it is possible to postpone the due date on your payment. If you are returning a Klarna Pay Later order, please visit your Klarna account and mark your order as a Return.

Q1. WHO IS KLARNA?
Klarna are a Swedish payment service provider, who take end-to-end responsibility for your payment. They support 35 million consumers worldwide in over 50,000 e-stores and are very safe to use. 

Q2. I HAVE BEEN ASKED TO GO TO KLARNA'S SITE. IS THIS CORRECT?
If you have chosen to pay after delivery (14 days grace), Klarna will send you an email with further details on how to pay. Your email will contain a link to Klarna's payment site where you can settle your payment to Klarna with your card or with a bank transfer.

Q3. IF KLARNA GIVES ME THE OPTION TO PAY WITHIN 14 DAYS, DOES A CREDIT SEARCH TAKE PLACE AGAINST ME?
Neither Klarna nor we run credit searches against you that could impact your credit rating. Klarna may run so called unrecorded enquiries that do not affect credit scoring.

HOW IS MY STATEMENT SENT?
If you chose to pay later, Klarna will send you an email with instructions on how to make the payment and a link to the payment page. Simply click on the transaction on the payment page and follow the instructions. If you have any queries, you can contact Klarna’s Customer Service team 

HOW DOES KLARNA PAY LATER WORK?
After Cotswold Country Hats has acknowledged your order, you will receive an email from Klarna with payment instructions, telling you when and how you will need to pay.  If you are returning a Klarna Pay Later order, please visit your Klarna account and mark your order as a Return.

WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE WHEN I MAKE A PURCHASE?
If you want to make a purchase with Klarna you need to provide your mobile phone number and your e-mail address. The mobile number is required in case we need to reach you. All statements will be sent to your email address. It's very important, that you give us the correct details, as otherwise you will not receive the payment information and so will be liable for delayed payment fees.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS WITH KLARNA?
You can pay with debit or credit card (Visa/Mastercard) immediately in the checkout or take advantage of our Pay Later payment option, where you can pay for the goods within 14 days via credit card or debit card.

HOW DOES THE PAYMENT PAGE WORK?
If you have received your goods and want to pay your statement, please visit Klarna’s payment page, and enter the email address you entered upon ordering. If you have any queries, you can contact Klarna’s Customer Service team 

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED AN EMAIL WITH MY STATEMENT/PAYMENT INFORMATION.
Please contact Klarna’s Customer Service team. They will be able to provide you with the payment details.

CAN I POSTPONE MY DUE DATE?
You can contact Klarna’s Customer Service team to see if it is possible to postpone the due date on your payment.  If you are returning a Klarna Pay Later order, please visit your Klarna account and mark your order as a Return.

MAY I DELIVER TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS?
Yes. When selecting Klarna as a payment method, you can choose to deliver the goods to an address other than your billing address. At the checkout, you will be given the option to edit the billing address under your chosen shipping method.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY PAYMENT?
After we have received your payment, Klarna will send you payment confirmation to the email address that you have used for your order. If you have made a payment but not received the payment confirmation, please get in contact with Klarna’s Customer Service team with a proof of payment. 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you would like to return goods or cancel your order, please return your order to Cotswold Country Hats. Their Returns Policy can be found at here or you can contact Cotswold Country Hats here If you are returning a Klarna Pay Later order, please visit your Klarna account and mark your order as a Return.

I HAVE CANCELLED MY ORDER. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE UNTIL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
As soon as Cotswold Country Hats have registered your cancellation or your return, the repayment will be processed within the next 14 days.  If you are returning a Klarna Pay Later order, please visit your Klarna account and mark your order as a Return.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY INVOICE, WHEN I'VE RETURNED THE GOODS?
Once Cotswold Country Hats have received the return (partial or full), an updated statement will be sent to you if you've made a partial return. With a full return, your statement will be closed.  If you are returning a Klarna Pay Later order, please visit your Klarna account and mark your order as a Return.

I'VE RECEIVED AN INVOICE, BUT I'VE NOT YET RECEIVED MY GOODS
In this case, we would ask that you contact the Cotswold Country Hats customer service team, and get an update on your order. You should also contact Klarna’s Customer Service team, so that they can postpone the due date on your payment.

HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?
The refund will be made back to your original payment method.  If you are returning a Klarna Pay Later order, please visit your Klarna account and mark your order as a Return.

If you chose the 'Pay Later' option with Klarna at checkout and you would like to return your order for a refund before your payment due date (rather than exchange it), you will need to report your return on your Klarna account to avoid being charged on the payment date.
