It’s a bit small
Very good quality well-made hat. I ordered a size 59, the cap arrived marked “L” (large.) unfortunately it’s a bit smaller than my other hats which are marked 59. I stretched it and managed to do so, but unfortunately tore some of the stitching in the attempt so I can’t use it as a “best“ cap as I intended. Service faultless. Just a shame about the size issue.

Reply by Cotswold Country Hats: This is the first we have heard of this issue otherwise we could have exchanged it. Other customers have indicated that this style is true to size. Caps can be tighter and less forgiving than hats and they are normally rounder in shape too. We have a hat size guide which you can find at the bottom of the website and we offer free exchanges. It's a shame the customer didn't return it for an exchange rather than tearing the stitching whilst trying to stretch it. Please do contact us if you have any issues so we can help resolve them.
