Great service though I wasn't in a hurry. The hat seems to be of really good quality. The colour and fit are excellent and the styling just what I prefer in Porkpie - diamond crown. Oh, it's crushable too. Brilliant.

Beautiful hat

My hat arrived today. Looking forward to it but with a certain trepidation. No need to worry, it arrived safely, looks great and fits perfectly. Fabulous customer service & exactly the right hat

Both the colour and the style of the hat are exactly as I had hoped, but more important to me was the fabulous customer service. For a cleaner look in the hat, I removed the feather. However, in doing so, I exposed a small spot of glue used to secure the feather in place. Unable to remove this spot, I contacted CCH. They offered to exchange the hat for one without the feather, and without prompting, provided a return postage label. Upon receipt of the original hat, they promptly sent me a new one without the feather. I am a very happy customer and would certainly recommend CCH to others. In fact, I have already recommend them to a work colleague.
