Lovely hat and excellent customer service Verified Purchase

I've ordered the hat two days before going on holiday. It arrived within 24h! The hat is lovely, really good quality and it looks great - really compliments my summer outfits. I wanted to also mention that the service in general is excellent, I ordered one more hat which I had to return (wrong size) and the return process was super smooth and quick, got my money back within few days.
