We offer 30-day 'no quibble' refunds or exchanges so if you’d like to exchange for a different size/colour or if you would prefer a refund, please return your item back in the condition received along with your order number and exchange/refund details to:

For UK Customers, you can send back items via your preferred courier or you can use our Royal Mail Tracked Returns Service by clicking the Create UK Return button below:
The return button above will take you to Royal Mail's Tracked Returns website. Just enter the required information to generate your label. Don't forget to ask for a receipt for your proof of postage and tracking number. The price of a Returns Label is £3.95 and this amount will be deducted from your refund. If you are exchanging for a different size or colour, you will not be charged for the label. Please include the return slip or a note indicating your exchange requirements. If you would like an exchange, please see the exchanges section below for further information.
You can either print the label off yourself or you can take the QR code in the email to a Post Office or a Royal Mail Delivery Office and they will print the label for you. You can also arrange for Royal Mail to collect the parcel from your address and they can even bring the label to you! Just follow the instructions to choose your preferred options

- Please include your order number and exchange/refund requirement information with your return.
- Items must be returned to us as received, unworn, with tags still attached and in the condition they were received in within 30-days of receipt of goods.
- Please ensure items are packed to avoid damage.
- Refunds/Exchanges are normally processed within 1-3 working days of receipt but can take longer during busier periods. We will notify you via email when we have processed your refund/exchange.
- You will be refunded via your original payment method. Please note the time it takes to receive the refund depends on your card provider and it can take a few days to show in your account. In the event of query, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please note if you return items back yourself for an exchange without using our Royal Mail Returns Service, we can only refund the £3.95 cost of our Returns Label.
Exchanges:
You can exchange your hat for a different size or colour. Please include the return slip or a note indicating your exchange requirements.
If you would like a different style, please order the new style separately and return your order for a refund. You can add a note with your return indicating your new order number so the returns label won't be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your exchange requirement is unavailable, we will notify you and refund you.
Exchanges are processed in order of receipt. This is normally within 1-3 working days but can take longer during busier periods.
Unless you have paid again for express delivery, your exchange will be sent with our standard service for UK orders. If you need your exchange quicker, we recommend ordering again and returning your order for a refund.
Please note we can only cover the cost of a returns label and postage for one exchange. If you need to exchange again, please place a new order.
Christmas Gift Returns:
We extend our returns policy from October to December to allow for Christmas Gift returns. Any items ordered from 1st October to 31st December can be returned up to 31st January. Our normal returns requirements still apply (ie returned unworn with tags etc).
International returns:
Please return your hat with a note including your order number. You are responsible for your return postage costs. Please obtain proof of postage, ensure goods are packed to prevent damage and return items with tags still attached in the condition they were received. We are flexible with the 30-day return policy to allow for delivery, trying on and returning. Please note the return requirement bullet points above.
We do not offer international exchanges. You will need to re-order your exchange and return your order for a refund.
Please clearly mark your return as a “zero value – exchanged / returned item”' to avoid customs charges and include a copy of the original invoice (in a plastic wallet) on the outside of the box for Customs, thank you.
