Returns Policy
Please allow extra time for refunds and exchanges during this busy Christmas gift returns season.
If you require an exchange, you may wish to order the exchange and return the original order for a refund.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so we offer a 30-day ‘no quibble’ returns policy for refunds and exchanges.
Returns

Condition: Items must be returned unworn, with tags still attached, and in the original condition within 30 days of receipt. Please pack securely to avoid damage during transit. Please return boxed if received in a box, you may reuse the same box.

Please include your returns form inside the box with your return: Your returns form was included with your order and was also attached to your emailed dispatch notification email. If you are unable to find it, please include a note specifying your order number and whether you’d like an exchange (with size/colour details) or a refund.

UK Returns
You can return items via your preferred carrier or use our Royal Mail Tracked Returns Service:
- If using our returns service, click the button below to generate your label:
- Choose to print the label yourself, or show the email QR code at a Post Office and they will print the label, or arrange a Royal Mail collection and you can either print the label or they can bring the label with them.

Include your returns form/note with order number and return requirements.
- Cost: £3.95 (deducted from your refund) or Free for exchanges. If you are keeping an item or if you have re-ordered an item, it will also be free.

Proof of Postage: Please obtain a receipt with a tracking number.

Processing from receipt typically takes 1-3 working days but may take longer during busy periods plus a few days delivery
Refunds

Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method. It may take a few working days for refunds to clear depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges

Exchanges are free using our Royal Mail service (one per order).

Stock availability: If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund.

Exchanges are shipped via 2nd Class. If you need your order quickly, we recommend reordering and returning your order for a refund. Just add a note with your return advising us of your new order number so our returns label will be free.

Please note we can only cover the cost of one of our returns labels and postage for one exchange. If you need to exchange again, please place a new order.

To exchange for a different style, please place a new order and return the original for a refund. Please add your new order number on the returns form so our returns label will be free (as it will still be classed as an exchange).

If you are re-ordering a different style/colour/size separately, add your new order number on your return form/note to waive the £3.95 return label fee if using our Return Service. Your original standard delivery cost will also be refunded so you won't pay twice for delivery.
Christmas Gift Returns:
For purchases from 1st October to 31st December, returns are accepted until the following 31st January.
eBay Returns:
eBay returns should be processed via your eBay account. Please note if you use one of our returns labels, the £3.95 cost will be deducted from your return.
International returns:
You are responsible for your return postage costs for orders outside of the UK.
Please clearly mark your return as a “Returned item - zero value” to avoid customs charges and include a copy of the original invoice (in a plastic wallet) on the outside of the box for Customs. Our international returns address is:

We don't offer international exchanges so you will need to return the original order for a refund and reorder the new item.
