Went above and beyond
I ordered a sheepskin hat for my mum on behalf of my elderly father on his late request less than a week before Christmas. I originally ordered through Amazon hoping a quick delivery but then realised that it would arrive definitely before Christmas from the company website so ordered a second hat planning to return the one from Amazon as it arrived. Due to the diligence of the team their it was noted I had ordered two. They contacted me allowing me to cancel one order and receive a lovely product in time for Christmas along with an immediate refund for the hat not required. Thank you for the Fantastic customer service. And such a lovely hat!!
