Beautiful, warm and comfortable

I bought this hat for my first trip to Cheltenham races. It was perfect and I can see myself wearing it throughout many winters. The colour is beautiful, quality could not be better. It stays on in windy conditions, is comfortable without leaving a hat line on your forehead too!

Outstanding Customer Service

I had measured my head numerous times before ordering the small size. When it arrived I tried it on several times, believing it was okay but slightly tight, stupidly I then cut the labels off thinking it might have made a difference! I still kept trying it on and realised it was too tight and I would have quickly got a headache. I sent an email and explained that I had cut the labels off etc. and Nicky was brilliant, she said I could still return the Fedora and as soon as new stock of the Medium was in she would post it to me. Nicky even emailed me to advise they had received my returned Fedora, something I have never received from any other company.

I am now the proud owner of a Teal Fedora that fits and cannot wait to wear it and show it off, it's excellent quality.
