The hat that I ordered doesn’t fit. I would like to return it and get a refund, but I felt that you are such a caring company the hat is still in the packaging in my spare room.

Traditional hat styles and amazing customer service
First off I’d like to mention how good the customer service is, really polite and friendly staff any time I’ve had to speak to someone.
As for the boater that I ordered, I’m extremely happy. It’s very sturdy and of a traditional style, not like those fancy dress ones you seem to only be able to find now days.
I have a great passion for the Victorian and Edwardian eras, so owning this boater is a great privilege. Highly recommend.

Horrible quality
This is a straw hat, not a boater in the sense of anything smart, the brim is not rigid and won’t hold its form, and the sides which ought to be vertical are quite sloped, much more so than the images would suggest. If you want a cheap boater - this is it, except the price is three times what it should be for what you get.

Because it is made from wheat, it is a very stiff, rigid build hat. We also have cheaper boaters available too. As with all our styles, we offer 30-day returns if customers want to return hats for an exchange or a refund.
