The hat that I ordered doesn’t fit. I would like to return it and get a refund, but I felt that you are such a caring company the hat is still in the packaging in my spare room.

Horrible quality
This is a straw hat, not a boater in the sense of anything smart, the brim is not rigid and won’t hold its form, and the sides which ought to be vertical are quite sloped, much more so than the images would suggest. If you want a cheap boater - this is it, except the price is three times what it should be for what you get.

Because it is made from wheat, it is a very stiff, rigid build hat. We also have cheaper boaters available too. As with all our styles, we offer 30-day returns if customers want to return hats for an exchange or a refund.
